Designing is free

You can build and preview your invite without paying anything.

Plans and invites

• Full refund within 7 days of payment if no invite has been used yet (no personal link made and no phone has opened your link for everyone).
• Once invites have been used, the plan cannot be refunded. Extra invites you added and did not use can be refunded within 7 days.

Premium designs and extras

Non-refundable once they are applied to your invite. Done-for-you is non-refundable once our team has started work on it.

If something goes wrong on our side

If a fault on our side stops your invite from working, we will fix it, restore your invites, or refund you, whichever you prefer.

How to ask for a refund

Write to support@utsav.studio or WhatsApp +91 70422 28212 with your order ID. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Cashfree within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation

You can delete your invite any time from your account. Deleting an invite does not by itself trigger a refund; refunds follow the rules above.
