Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Utsav (utsav.studio), a service run by Clotrio, a sole proprietorship of Sivaguru, 21 1/9A, V.V. Giri Street, Kumaranandhapuram, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu 641602, GSTIN 33PRVPS1462R1ZE ("we"). By creating an invite or paying for one, you ("the host") agree to them.

What Utsav does

Utsav lets you build a wedding invitation website from our designs and share it on WhatsApp, either as one link for everyone or as a personal link for each family. Guests can view the invite, see event details and reply (RSVP). Guests do not need an account.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give correct details. We use your phone and email to reach you about your invite.

Price and payment

• Designing is free. You pay when you are ready to send.
• Plans: you pay once per wedding for a plan with a number of invites (for example ₹199 for 200 invites, ₹499 for 600, ₹799 for 1,200). More invites can be added at the price shown on your page, and you can move to a bigger plan by paying the difference.
• What an invite is: one personal link for one family uses one invite, however many of that family's phones open it. On the link for everyone, each new phone that opens it uses one invite; a phone that has opened it once can open it again without using another. When invites run out, new phones cannot open the link for everyone until you add more.
• Premium designs and extras (music, photo gallery, voice invite, removing the Utsav line, done-for-you) are priced as shown before you pay and belong to that one wedding. Guests see a premium design or an extra only after it is paid for. The price charged is always the one shown on your page at checkout.
• All prices include 18% GST. A GST invoice is available on your page after payment.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Unused invites stay valid for 12 months from purchase, for the same wedding.

Your content and your guests

• You own the photos, names and text you add. You give us permission to store and show them to the guests you invite, only to run your invite.
• You confirm you have the right to use that content, including any song, photo or recording you upload, and that your guests are happy to receive the invite from you.
• Do not use Utsav for anything unlawful, hateful, obscene, or that you do not have rights to. We may remove such content and close the account.

Personal links

Each link is meant for one family and opens on a limited number of phones. A new phone may need your approval. Links close 30 days after the last event.

Our designs

Designs, artwork, code and the Utsav name belong to us. You may use them only inside your Utsav invite.

Service availability

We work to keep invites available at all times but cannot promise zero downtime. If a fault on our side stops your invite from working, we will restore it or refund as described in our refund policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that wedding's invite.

Ending the service

You can delete your invite at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
